Special Alloys
Duplex 2205, Super-Duplex 2507, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C276, Titanium Grade 5, Monel K-500, Inconel 625/718 — for extreme corrosion, cryogenic, or high-temperature environments.

CNC Precision Machining
±0.01mm tolerance capability on CNC turning centres. Suitable for valve stems, precision studs, fine-thread components, and parts requiring tight dimensional control.
Hot & Cold Heading
Cold heading for M6–M14 (high-volume, close tolerances). Hot/red heading for M8–M36 (heavy sections, alloy steels). In-house heat treatment for full mechanical property control.
Surface Treatments
Hot-dip galvanising (ASTM A153), PTFE/Xylan coating, zinc-nickel electroplating, Dacromet, electroless nickel, black phosphate, fluoropolymer. K-factor specification available.

Machining
CNC turning, threading, heading as per drawing. In-process dimensional checks.
Heat Treatment
In-house quench & temper, annealing or stress relief per ASTM specification.
Surface Treatment
Coating applied per customer spec. Thickness verified by XRF or magnetic gauge.
QC & Documentation
Final inspection: dimensional, hardness, tensile. 3.1 MTR and inspection report issued.
Delivery
Packed per customer requirement. Export documentation, COO, packing list included.
FAQs
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 1 piece for samples / prototypes. No minimum for production orders — we scale from prototype to full volume.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Sample / prototype: 2–4 weeks. Production run: 4–8 weeks depending on material and quantity. Expedited service available.
Q: Can you match an existing fastener from a sample?
A: Yes. Send us a physical sample or dimensional sketch. We will reverse-engineer and confirm dimensions before production.
Q: Do you provide material test reports?
A: Yes. EN 10204 3.1 MTR is standard. 3.2 (third-party witness) available on request. All reports include chemical analysis, mechanical tests and heat number.
Q: Can you supply in exotic alloys like Hastelloy or Inconel?
A: Yes. We work with certified mill partners for Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625/718, Duplex 2205/2507, Titanium Grade 5, and other specialty alloys.
