Selon ASTM A153/ISO 1461 — revêtement zinc 45–85 µm, protection 15–20 ans en atmosphère C3. Important : écrous surdimensionnés requis, dégazage anti-fragilisation après galvanisation.
Revêtement PTFE/Xylan
Film sec 12–25 µm, coefficient de frottement K = 0.10–0.15 — contrôle précis du serrage pour brides critiques (API 6A, ASME Class 900+).
